Original gilt gloss 4 line underline dial is in near perfect condition. The dial surface is ultra glossy with no marks or damage. A slight piece of the top layer of luminous on the 6 o'clock marker has chipped off, but its very difficult to see. The original gilt hands match perfectly.
Original pointed crown guard case has seen very minimal detailing over the years. The original beveled edges remain sharp and well defined. Original faded insert and twin lock crown are still present.
Swiss made riveted oyster band reference 7206/80 dated 1969 with minimal stretch.
One of the rarest variants of the infamous reference 5512, this dial is found on watches from the first half of 1963. Finding an example in such condition is extremely difficult. A fantastic watch indeed.
